Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Yesterday, I purchased a Last Will and Testament, Single adult with no childred form and a Durable POA ; How many original copies of each is required in New York State?

You must be very very careful with these forms. Not only is the form important, but the manner by which the will is executed is equally important.

However, to answer your question, there should only be one original will.

I agree - only 1 original. However, you can make multiple copies of the POA and usually they are treated as if they were an original.
