Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
I have 2 job related injuries, same employer, same insurance carrier, both have been determined to be permanent partial of a moderate degree. Is it possible to collect benefits from both injuries? I have 2 orders of payments but I'm only recieving payment for 1? accident dates are from 12/2000 and 8/2001. Thank you.
