Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
What should I do??
From 2 months I receive about $66,77 a week from Worker Compensation, because one person after medical hearing wrote that I can lift 25 lb. When my 2 doctors wrote that I am temporarly 100% disabled. Where is the truth?? I have several pains in my wrist, palm, fingers, elbow, and shoulder. Where should I look for a help?? I have to pay my bills, child support and so on.

Do you have a workers' compensation lawyer working on your case?? That is what you need or you can get taken advantage of. If you don't have a lawyer, please feel free to contact me. We are the largest comp firm in NY. I would need to know where you live as well.
