Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

3.5 years back inj.

I was hurt 05 I recived a PPD, then had a surgery recived a Total PD , droped to a PPD then another surgery back up to Total PD now I am at PPD marked. This is for a back inj. that includes leg. and there is SO much more. I just said I am done with the surgery's nothing will bring me back whole. what is the possibilty I will get a settlement?

Pretty good. I am guessing that you have a lawyer so go ask him about a Section 32 settlement.
