accident at work
i am a temporary partime make up artist. While workring at macys a foot long inch thick glass fell on my foot. I had to go to the hospital and get stitches and cant put pressure on my foot for a week. What should i do.

It depends. In NY you cannot sue your employer for on the job injuries except for very limited circumstances. I need more information to give you a helpful answer.
