Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

back injury

i was injured on the job about a year ago. Dr. recommended epidural injections. IME agreed with findings. Judge at Workers Comp granted 6 injections. Insurance sent for another IME exam who also agreed the shots were needed. Insurance company still has not complied. Pain is worse and damage is more severe. What recourse do i have?

Report the insurance carrier to the ny dept of insurance.
