Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

My benefits

hello my date of accident was 5/7/08 i begun receiving weekly benefits up until 12/31/08 i moved to another state where it was hard to find a doc that except ny wc so i had no up to date medical for hearing now i found a doc and everything is back to normal iam still disabled and not working i only received 32.2 weeks since accident will i be entitled to my weekly beneifits from january to now have a hearing in 5days? and my medical is in order
