Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
benefits
I have been released to go back to my full time job after being out on wc disability following surgery for 5 weeks. I work a part time job and wanted to work the weekend (days I normally would not be working full time job). Is that still considerted fraud?

Re: benefits
As long as you tell the insurnace company that you are returning to work, then no it is not fraud. You must tell them when ever you work. On the books, off the books, volunteer, barter, or anything that someone woudl get paid to perform.
There is a way that you may still be entitled to recieve additional moneyu or a settlement.
