Care and pharmacy bills

for a worker who wom her compensation case and is receiving permanent disability payments in ny - how does that person get authorization for physical therapy / home nurse care etc disability due to transverse mylitis - paralysis from belly button down

If you have already received a PPD, then you must have had a workers compensation attorney help you out. Remember, they still are your attorneys after they received their attorney's fee.
