can you collect workers comp if in a car accident on the way to work

Great question - and the normal attorney answer is -- it depends! Usually, travel to and from work is NOT covered under Workers Compensation. However, if you are an outside worker (you are a door to door salesman, you are going to a location you normally do not go to and so on) then you could be covered.
