comp question

can i leave the job i'm at right now and get another job if i'm on light duty and partial comp....without getting in trouble

I would talk to your current Workers Compensation attorney about this one. The answer depends on the job and the restrictions that the IME physician or your doctor have placed on you. If you do not have a Workers Compensation attorney I suggest that you get one immediately.
