Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
If i continue working for two weeks after my claim, and then get fired, am i entitled to any compensation, due to i am unable to work due to this injury

Yes you are. However, if you were planning on retiring anyway the employer will bring up the unrelated wage loss defense or voluntary distachment from the labor market defense.
