denial of worker's comp
I injured my back at work on 4-12-09 , filed a incident report, and later went out of work due to injury on 4-19-09. can they deny me worker's comp because i seen my own primary doctor?

but they can deny you lost time claims cause your disability is less than the waiting period (DILWP) of 7 days
