Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
If I have been diagnosed with acute dermatitis (have had as a child) and my work in a greenhouse aggravates my condition, can I collect workers comp? Also, can I keep my health insurance thru my work if I do get to collect workers comp.

Worker's compensation is for on the job injuries. You have what appears to be a disability under the ADA. You should ask for a reasonable accommodation if one is nessary for you to continue your employment with your present employer. If the employer cannot provide a reasonable accommodation and you are not able to continue with this employer, then the employer can terminate your employment.
