what to do if the dosent want to pay you?

i was working at a palce in manhattan call mama mexico as a dishwasher like for 4 days. i was told that they no longer need me.ever time i go and ask him for my paycheck he tells me its being process. can someone please help me.

That is some of the worst type of "wage abuse" there is around. You can go to the Department of Labor and file a complaint. THere are also attorneys who specialize in Federal wage cases known as Fair Labor Standards Act cases. Good luck.
