Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
what are you entitled to as in a settlement when rated permanently disabled,covering 3 body parts?
I was told you can receive losss of wages and medical {special fund} Is this true.after settlement can you apply for ssi?

You are asking several questions at once.
If you are permanently rated you may or may not be entitled to a Section 32 lump sum settlement. When you are found to be a PTD or PPD you will get your workers compensation benefits for a limited amount of years.
