Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
i hired a attorney for a workmans comp case, i had bulge disk that swelled up,for doing lifting on the job ,me and another worker lifted a 55 gallon drum, it caused the disk to swell,the attorney never took statements from the other workers to prove i did anylifting on the job , the foreman told them i did no lifting , i lost the case ,and the appeal , there cross examination was terrible ,can i do anything , now the disk still havent healed i never got got proper medical treatment since insurance denied claim from the begining
