Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
What should i do ?
Hurt on job 5/08 (neck back and shoulder)Primary doc and Ime doc list me as moderate .Ime states unable to do any work ,household and exercise at this time would i still be listed TTD? havent had adequete treatments to improve .all docs reports from DOA say the same thing which proves no change pain getting worse after almost a year need more than chiro for pain what should i do?

Obviously conservative treatment is not working. I would go see an orthopedist to determine whether more agressive treatment is needed.
Legally speaking your case is not ready for classification or permanency ratings.
I would also seek legal assistance.
