Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

i been out injuried for one year two months without pay for a past injury. they just approve my injury in jan. I send my papers into my job in feb. My question is how can I get injury control at work to expedite my papers to workers compensation in KY? Do I have any legal grounds?

If I understand your question right. You have workers compensation in NY and you want to move to KY and are asking whether you will know get KY workers compensation. If that is your question the answer is no. You will still have to come to NY (may be able to do it telephonically) see a doctor in KY who takes NY workers compensation and attend exams by insurance company doctors. It is a big pain but thousands of workers have done it in the past and so can you.
