Re: injury

Hello,

My name is Jason Kessler and I am a Workers' Compensation lawyer who is located in White Plains. I see that you are located in nearby Mount Vernon.

To answer your question... this injury is covered under workers' compensation if moving the boulder was at the behest of your employer or furthered his/her commercial interests.

This injury could also be worth thousands of dollars in workers compensation benefits and medical treatment for your thumb for the rest of your life. I know that your boss does not want you to file for workers' compensation but heaven forbid thirty years from now you are unable to move your thumb or your thumb hurts you so much that you have to take pills just to function, you will regret your decision not to file for workers' compensation.

If your employer is a family member he is not behaving in a caring manner. A family member would think of another family member before his workers' compensation insurance rates.

Here is my advice... file for workers' compensation ASAP!!!!!!! Gather evidence that your employer had notice of the injury and all of your medical bills.

You should also contact me so we can arrange for a FREE Consultation and I can help you file for the claim and obtain the medical and monetary benefits that you deserve.

You can also check out my website at www.kesslerlawyer.com.

I wish you the best of luck and hope that you file for workers compensation benefits. Your health is the most important thing.
