Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
Ins wants to settle ,Was made an offer in my workers comp. Case, do I have to except the first offer? Can I ask for more? Will INS.company be willing to negotiate?

The answer is that it depends on your carrier, your rate of pay, whether you were injured before the WC reform.... etc.
