Insurance carrier made nasty comments about my weight

what action can i take against the insurance carrier for making 3 nasty comments about my weight? He refered to me as looking like ''a professional sumo wrestler'' and a person carrying 3-4 fifty lb bags of cement. I am livid. I have a hearing on 2/5/08. Help me please
