Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
judge stoped payment
I was at a deposition hearing for myself, when at the end the judge ordered my payments to stop becouse (he said) there was no current medical evidence to to substancesate futher payment. I supplied a letter from my doctor only about 30 day's prior to this hearing, Plus my DR. HAS SUPPLIED the appropiate c-4 forms & said that i was total disabled the c-4 form is filed each 17 day's by the doctor( is this not current medical evidence) THANK YOU
