I was laid off while being treated for an injury on the job. Am I entitled to anything?

You have at least two options. First, if you were injured on the job you are entitled to worekrs compensation benefits (medical and money) and it does not matter that you were laid off after the injury, as long as your employer had insurance on the date of your injury.

The Second option is possibly unemployment insurance as long as you are not claiming to be totally disabled! Good luck.
