Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
Do I have a lawsuit
I work as a Security Manager at an airport and injured my knee while moving unattended luggage off a baggage claim belt that an Airline should have taken care of but did not send personnel. Would this be considered negligence on the Airlines part?

Re: Do I have a lawsuit
No, it is not negligence. However, it would be covered under workers' compensation. And given the fact that you had a knee injury, you may be entitled to alot of money.
If you would like to know more about the workers' compensation process and would like an experienced attorney who regularly practices in all 5 boros, please give me a call.
I look forward to speaking with you.
