Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
I have been left with a scar on my head from an injury at work over two years ago. What recourse do I have?

Go to the workers compensation board website and fill out a RFA-1 form. Then click on the facial disfigurement box. Soon you will have a hearing and the Judge will give you money for your scar. Provided that you have a valid "before" picture.
