Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

limitations

i have recently been out of work on a workmans comp., for my knee that was injured at work. what is the limitations of use of my knee that is not punishable. in other words i have been video taped in my yard shoveling snow and was told that it would be used against me for fraun against w.c.

I am not certain what you ask about specifically...but you should mention this to your WC attorney or representative. They will know how to deal with it based on your medical records.

If, on the other had, there is some game-playing going on, well...it's payback time.
