lost of time

while on compensation do you lose time my boss says yes and i have to make it up? i was told that your not suppose to lose any time and that you keep on acrewing time such as vac. hol.while you are out

Your boss can make this argument but is not entirely correct. Many employees choose to take care of their workers compensation claims without the advice of a lawyer. This is a mistake. Your boss is partially right. First you they use up vacation/ sick time then they put you on compensation. You can get back the lost time at a hearing. However, you need to have your employer's C-11 and figure out their C-240 form in order to get the correct amount of lost time.
