lunchtime comp
nov,6 i was on my lunch break coming back 2 work about 4 miles from my job another car hit me, i was out of work for 2 months got paid by no fault and used my sick time at work, can i get comp , i work 3-11 and it took place about 715 at night on my way back to my job, is there a time frame 4 me to file if so and try 2 get my sick time switched to comp n get my sick days back,

Your case is a classic lunch break case. Whether or not it is accepted will depend on a couple of things. Were you a stationary employee? Where exactly were you injured? Etc.
You need to have given notice to your employer within 30 days, however notice can be imputed. You also should also give notice to the comp board asap. If you want to talk about your case please contact me.

What are your injuries you may have more than just a comp case.
