neck surgery
I was hurt at work, undisputed, and now have to have cervical disc surgery. Will I redeive a settlement from workers comp?

The answer is that it depends on your recovery, the severity of your injuries and ultimately your ability to work. However, in my experience claimants who have serious surgeries such as neck surgery are eventually granted permanent disabilities or lump sum settlements.
