Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
What is the price??
In 1995 I had the accident at my work. I got a problem with my the whole dominant right hand. One bone was fracture.I have still pain in my hand, I cannot band my rist, my hand is slightly sprain. I have different sensation in my right hand from fingers to elbow mostly. My palm is pale and moist, I have problem with circulation and nerve systems. My fingers are stiff, my hand is cramped to inside, like a 'tool hand'.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Your post did not ask a question so I am not sure what type of help you are looking for. Do you have a workers' comp attorney? Is your case still open? Are you still treating?
