Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
I recently had hand surgery for carpool Tunnel syndrome I got from my job(I work for school foods in NY and the problem didn't happened until July of this year.) Now, I got the paperwork for worksman's comp but I am not to sure if I can apply for it. Would it be wiser to fill them out and apply or should I disregard them?

apply for it as soon as possible. make sure to find a doctor however, who can give causation between the CTS and your work related activities.
