Working for three days without pay is not good. The key here is that the training was at a restaurant.
In attending the training, you performed many useful duties that benefitted the restaurant.
On the basis of those useful duties benefitting the restaurant, you should be paid.
This is the type of case that should be in 'small claims court'. good luck.
