Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

reinbursment

I was out out of work for an injury for 10 days, I was told I would not be paid for these days because it did not exceed more than 14 days. How true is this information and where can I find the laws regarding this information.

Re: reinbursment

You are entitled to comp for any days after the 7th day. If you are our 15 days, comp will go back and pay you from the very beginning. Also, Depending on what body part your injured it may not matter, becuase it will wash in your final settlement money.
