If doc states 50%disabled and unable to work what amount of weeks PPD are you entitled to?lower back and shoulder injury on the job 05/07/08

5 yrs, I believe. However, the guidelines will be changing soon. Double check with the workers comp "advocate" in albany. U can get his # from the workers comp website.
