Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

Settlement help

I have Humana as my Insurance and the lawyer is talking about a medical set aside. Humana told me they don't require a set aside for my work relate injury. I feel my lawyer is not doing what needs to be done for my settlement. Also the past two month the workers comp company has not paid for my medication so I had to use Humana.

Listen to your lawyer. If the comp case is under NY Law there is an offset for workers compensation expenses and benefits.
