what is the statue of limitation in the state of new york gor hurt july 2000 was out of work for 4 months started back to work knee is still bothering me

You have 30 days to report the accident to your employer and 2 years to file for workers compensation. You should know that if your employer or the insurance carrier already filed your claim on your behalf you may be able to get additional therapy or a schedule loss of use.
