suggested lumpsum

can a clamaint demand a lumpsum that was giving as a option three months before?will carrier still be willing to negotiate one

I would seriously get a lawyer. This is not something that I can answer in a vacuum.

I am not sure if the carrier said "take it or leave it" "think about it" or anything else. I truly hope that you get a lawyer because without reviewing your file, I cannot answer these questions.
