Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
I twisted my ankle at work and broke my foot. My employer states that this is not a Workman's comp case because it was not caused by any negligence on their part, which is true. I just twisted my ankle when walking on the sidewalk of their premises. Should this be a Workman's comp case?
