Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
Work related disease
Could / would degenerative disc disease be considered a work related injury/disease. This is degeneration of the spine causing disability and I have several previous work related injuries which my Doctor says could have contributed to this condition.

It mught be, if the doctors says that it is, not could be...and the insurance company will fight you every step along the way so he must be very very certain.
