I got hurt on my job and facture my back.I've been out of work for two months.I have a WCB# to give to my doctors and to my pt.So do i get a check before i get my hearing date?

My advice to you is get a lawyer. There are many things that you do not understand about this process. It is not so simple as "give the WCB#" to the doctor and "get money". Your case may not be established? Your carrier may not have your medical reports? Your case could be controverted? But you would find that out for another 4-6 months. During that time you could be laying on your back and suffering without any money coming in. I suggest that you call an attorney ASAP.
