Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

I was injured in Nov 2005 I lost 10 percent use of my right arm and settled for 5,000 dollars but with full medical for any recurring problems with the arm. I am now starting to have problems again with the arm. Can I just go to any doctor now or do I need to go to my original treating doctor?

Go to the workers compensation board website. Go to the injured workers section get a c62 form (change of condition) and have it filled out by your physician. Then fax a cover letter and the form to the board asking for your case to be re-opened.
