Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

Workers compensation

My case was closed ppd marked and i am to recieve $400 per week for life. Will i be offered a settlment and if not , why not?

You may be offered a settlement, or you may have to ask for one. It would be best to have an attorney negotiate the best possible deal for you.

You will not be offerred a settlement unless you express interest in a settlement to the carrier. I would suggest contacting a wc attorney (like me).
