Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

Working when on Workers Comp

I have a friend that gets $300 a week from WC , and still has a full time job . He hurt his shoulder 15 years ago . Doesn't seem right .

I don't know the facts, but it could be he is working off the books somewhere or it was determine that WC board determine he was partially disabled for life.
