Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

workmans comp

claim started 9/07 in NY I left the state for three months to Florida found Dr. in florida that would take W C but WC would not aprove any one of them. had to come back to NY for a hearing. Hearing Is postpond. Will i be paid for the time spent in florida?

Were you disabled? Did your doctor say that you were totally or partially disabled every 45 days? Matters if you were working not where you were located.
