Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
Workmans Comp.
3+ years ago I slipped at work. I twisted my back very badly. Told the supervisor on duty what happened who told me, ''You need to be more careful.''
��3 months later, I ''slipped'' on a dolly, and used that as an excuse to get workmans comp.
�3 years of pain and chiropractic care later, this isn't getting better. Do I have any recource against this guy or should I just continue with the current treatment?
