franchise contract

hi there i joined a franchise 3mounths ago got sold some bad clients havent been able to get money mounthly of a good percentage of them more than half of my clients i signed a contract that i just found out that the person who signed me up isnt a director or linked to the company tho does work for the company is the contract valid is the question. we owe franchise fee because of the income we had as soon as i appoched him he thew the contract back at me after he new i wasnt geting all my money at the end of the mounth just need to no were i stand before it turns nasty

You are strongly advised to arrange a meeting with a lawyer with your Franchise Agreement and other business documents to work out what you can do. This is not a question that can be answered without more information.

What can be said is that the Franchise Agreement may still be valid even if a Director of the Franchisor did not sign it. It may have been signed by someone with authority delegated by the Franchise company.
