how to get a affidavit of claim from the fediral court of nigeria?

Re: affidavit of claim from nigeria
One would need to instruct a Nigerian Lawyer, informing the lawyer of the facts and reasons for reqiuring the affidavit.
The procedure would require the deponent attaching a copy of his passport photograph and also signing the affidavit in the presence of the Commissioner for Oath.
