Apologies for the late response.
Under Nigerian Law, two witnesses will be sufficient. In the event however that the ten persons sign the Agreement at different times and locations, it will be recommended that for each person, a witness should attest to his/her/it's execution of the Agreement.

Thank you very much for your question. The essence of having witnesses in an agreement is to show that the parties signed the actually signed agreement. There is no laid down number of witnesses an agreement must have, however a minimun of two witnesses would suffice. i hope i have been able to assist you.
