Partnership agreement
My company is registerd in Nigeria as CHROME I-TEC SERVICE LTD and want to sign a partnership agreement with another registerd Nigeria base individaul company. How do we go into the process of the legal agreement partnership with the company as two of the company want to do so. How long does it take to complete the process and what are the formalites involve to go into partnership with another company two of us have have a common interest to partner together.

There is no particular process for this. Since both companies are desirious of the partnership and are registered in Nigeria, all they need is to contact a Lawyer to draft the Partnership Agreement and it the agreement is fully executed.
